The service can improve, we had to make our check out and the recepcionist never arrieved, and no one could help us (we just had to leave the key of our room in the reception, because we could miss oir train)."

"Reception staff were welcoming and efficient. Gave us information about how to validate for parking. Initially I was a little concerned as there was a function happening in the bar area and I could hear a DJ but our rooms were on level 1 and far enough away from the reception area so we didnt hear any noise at all from the functions happening. "The room was clean, comfortable and fairly quiet, but the bathroom was dated and a little battered and could do with an upgrade. The staff were very friendly and helpful, thank you! The breakfasts were amazing, such a great variety and well cooked, genuinely something for everyone, the best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel.
