Welcome to this charming condo in the Summit community in Mammoth Lakes. This phenomenal rental features 2 stories with 2 master bedrooms and bathrooms, a sleeping loft, full kitchen, dining & living rooms in a open alpine style unit. The downstairs master has a king bed, dresser and 2 nightstands. The downstairs bathroom features a walk in shower. The upstiras bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower combo. There are also 2 sink areas outside the upstairs bathroom, one for the upstairs master & another for the sleeping loft. The upstairs master also has a dresser and 2 nightstands. There is an additional sleeping loft upstairs with 2 bunk beds: a twin bunk & a bottom queen/top twin bunk. Each sleeping space has a 50" Samsung smart tv that has its own variety of channels and are streaming capable so you can watch your favorite shows/platforms.

The family room features a 55” Samsung tv that also has cable. The family room has ample seating with a couch, loveseat and Mission style rocking chair. A wood burning fireplace adds charm and warmth, in addition to the wall heaters in each room.

The full kitchen comes furnished with dishes, appliances and all you need to cook and serve your family and friends during your stay. Most spices and condiments are on hand, as are coffee filters, a coffee maker, electric tea kettle and blender.

With amenities like WiFi, a community fitness room, pools, pickleball courts and hot tub, guests can enjoy a tremendous stay in this cozy retreat. There is also a bbq in the courtyard and “coin” operated laundry in the building.

This condo is located in the Foerster building of the Summit Condos and is directly across from the Eagle Lodge so you are steps away from all Eagle Lodge has to offer … ski & snowboard rentals, ski school, pro shop, restaurant and bar and the Eagle high speed quad chair that gives you access to the entire Mammoth resort. There is also access to the Mammoth Trolley & Bus line that allows you to park when you arrive and ride the rest of your stay. The unit comes with one designated covered parking space on the ground level of the building and access to other available parking during your stay.
