The interior design radiates warmth and comfort, with two spacious bedrooms with double beds; the main bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, ideal for your rest.



Among the building's amenities, guests can enjoy a community rooftop pool (30th floor) with sun loungers and panoramic views, although this pool will remain closed from September 15th to May 31st. Additionally, there are multifunctional spaces on the ground floor that include a projection room, coworking area, gym, and children's play zone with games, all accessible through an innovative application and subject to reservation and limited capacity.



The location is perfect for discovering Malaga, with urban bus stops 300 m away that connect to the main points of interest: the Alcazaba, the Cathedral, Muelle Uno, museums, shops and a lively gastronomic offer. La Malagueta beach is just 4 km away, and the airport is 10 km away, facilitating access. In addition, the apartment has a garage in the same building, air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, washing machine, iron, wifi and hairdryer, guaranteeing a comfortable and practical stay.
