This cozy studio apartment is located in a privileged location just a few minutes from Gran Vía in the heart of Madrid, just steps away from cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants and all the city's tourist attractions.

It is a practical and functional street view apartment of 25 m2 for 3 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.



It is located on the third floor and the building has a lift. In the lobby you will have to navigate a few steps to reach the lift.



The studio is distributed in a single sunny and modern space with a double bed of 1.35 cm and a single bed of 90 cm, both dressed with their bedding and a pleasant balcony to the street.



The accommodation does not have air conditioning installed at the moment, but we have provided a portable air conditioning unit; in addition to an electric heater, space to store your belongings, television and a small dining table.



You have a modern bathroom with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the beds.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 3 people and other usual utensils.



You will find a laundry area for shared use with other guests in the common area of the accommodation complex.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
