The accommodation is a studio on the ground floor.
It has a terrace on the street floor.
It is an open plan studio in which the kitchen, living room and bedroom are in the same room with a little separation between the spaces. The only room separated and with door is the bathroom.
It has air conditioning and heating type split in the AC. If you use the heating, you should not exceed 22ºC.
The legs of the sofa bed can be found by unzipping the back part.
The bedding for the sofa bed is provided on the side, but it is not set up.
HOT WATER BY SOLAR PANELS: It may take a little time to heat up.
The property has a garage.

It has a heated swimming pool and a community gym. The summer pool will be available utill the end of the summer season.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
