"My family of 4 (two kids) had a lovely stay at this property! The accommodation is beautiful and the staff is very warm and helpful. They arranged a day trip for us to Meknes and Volubilis, and amended our breakfast based on what our kids preferred. Highly recommend the stay. Be prepared for a walk to the riad that involves a number of small alleys that might seem creepy at first but you get used to it quickly."

La recepcionista es muy agradable, simpática, y presta toda la colaboración para hacer tu estadía agradable. El retauramt es buenos el desayuno muy completo. Points positifs:
Le parking. Le riad est situé à côté de Bab Guissa, il y a un parking payant surveillé et sécurisé juste avant d'arriver à Bab Guissa.
Facile à trouver. En rentrant ensuite dans la médina, on se laisse guider par les flèches sur les murs comme un jeu de piste!

"Riad Tiwza Fes was lovely. Breakfasts were served in a comfortable lounge around a fire. The room was very comfortable. Had the temperatures been warmer, we would have spent more time on the roof deck. My only complaint is that it took forever for the hot water to warm up for the shower... mine was lukewarm, but my husband who followed me had a hot shower! One minor issue that we often encounter in older places: the bathroom ceilings were very low and my husband who is 6'2" (or nearly 2 meters)...

Nos asesoró y ayudó en alguna cosa como la llegada al Riad desde el aeropuerto o en la adquisición de una tarjeta sim para tener internet en Fez. Es muy amable y servicial y eso es de agradecer. Hablábamos con él en inglés. En cuanto al Riad está en muy buena ubicación en Fez, a tan solo 3-4 minutos andando de la Blue Door...

"TERRIBLE ATTENTION SINCE ARRIVAL, reception personnel didn’t help or even care, and when asked to call a supervisor they didn’t do it, then after several visits and very upset, I asked for the email of supervisor and GM, and the response was “why?” And NO, incredible! After a few visits to reception trying to solve our problems seems that reservations didn’t do their job either, they , not only they made me wait, several times, then they have their prayers and they of course all leave. And yes, incredibly, nothing was solved.
Not even the printer on the reception worked,
Check-out was as-bad, we had to show the reservations and loose more time so we were not overcharged.
Anyways, tha hotel needs renovation immediately. Huge pool What a shame, marriott shouldn’t have the brand in that property unless training comes their way."
