"We had to be moved to 3 different rooms during the check in process. Staff not helpful and lack customer service."

"An upgrade to breakfast food, location and quantity. I suggest a buffet. Bathroom needs better lighting for women applying makeup. Better communication about when the front doors lock. We went to a concert and were confused when we returned to the hotel. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I mean seriously- the entire staff are so kind."

"This property was really good and their representatives were very helpful. It was extremely clean."

"I loved everything about this place, really clean and helpful friendly staff. The price was great on top of it!! Will go back definitely."

"I do not recommend staying here. The property is not well kept - the light next to the bed didn't work, the hallway lights were flickering, the toilet ran for a while after it was flushed, there were ants in the shower, etc. One of the nights I was staying there the police were called due to a violent scene in the hallway that happened at 2:00 in the morning. I would absolutely never come back here. It is NOT worth the money."

"Clean"

"Nasty! Don’t waste your time or money!"

"The room had no fridge no shampoo or soap and no key for the room"

"Thank you Pam and James for offering your home for a safe stay! It was so nice, clean and way better than any hotel rooms. Amazing experience. Just WOW!!! Highly recommend. We will definately be back when we are back in LA. I give it 10 stars out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
