We take cleaning seriously. We wash all bedding, mop the floor, and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out. I'm new to VRBO but experienced in short term rentals.

THINGS TO NOTE:
All four units on this property are listed on VRBO. The hot tub is in the back of the property and shared with four units. The walls are a little thin, so please control the noise level. Being in the heart of Hollywood, you may see homeless people around, and that's why we have the front gate. Please keep it closed.

LATE CHECK OUT
*Sorry but we don't allow late checkouts.
*If you exceed, you will be charged $100 for the first 15 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $100.

PARTIES NOT ALLOWED
*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.
*Strictly no drugs allowed.
*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.)

ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Kindly turn off the AC or heater before leaving our home.
- We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy.
- Cable TV is not available.
- You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc.
- $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules
