"We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! We were on the third level which has a very narrow staircase making it hard to navigate with luggage. The rooms are very close to each other so you can hear everything, especially when people go up the stairs. The...

"We have been working remotely and traveling for 12 months and this was literally the worst stay we’ve had. The carpet was so disgusting that we didn’t remove our shoes. The “kitchen” was bare and broken. The only redeeming quality was a good bed and clean linens."
