"I was denied entry because I did not bring my passport. I contacted Bob as I have a screenshotof my passport but he said he wants the physical passport. I left and joined my reunion with my friends from US. Then boarded my train late at night to go home. And then I received a message Bob sent a link. Too late. I was claiming a refund, it was already 2 days I havent heard from him nor hotels.com who said they will sort it out. Still waiting."

"As mentioned in other reviews, the room is small but fine for two people. The location is great - within about 15 minutes walk you can get to Hammersmith or Shepherd's Bush station, which gives great access to the city sights. There's a lot of restaurants and shopping around the area. It is just down the road from a fire station and police station, but we didn't hear a lot of sirens. The hosts are communicative and were helpful in fixing a couple of small issues that came up during the stay....

"We had a wonderful stay at this quaint and cozy flat in London while visiting our daughter who was studying abroad. The perfect size for our family of four. It was very clean and tidy. The host, Iona, was very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and was communicated clearly to us. We were even allowed to check-in early.
