"Comfortable stay. The room had spectacular views of Tower Bridge however was in need of modernisation. Shower head attachment was falling off the wall and difficult to operate. The bedside light flickered on and off. Cabinet draws did not fit back properly when opened. These were all minor problems ..."

"Staff friendly and very helpful, room cleaners didn’t show up, thought they had day off. Phoned in the end and they came and did the basics at 5pm.. didn’t leave any towels which was odd and had to wash up cups myself. Overall room, location and hotel is great. Just need cleaners who understand room ..."
