Set just back from the bustling Fulham Road, this fabulous four-storey Chelsea townhouse offers a rare blend of refined living, contemporary comfort, and outdoor charm. With dual access via the picturesque Netherton Grove, off-street parking for one car, and a prime location near the ever-popular Brinkley’s, The Hollywood Arms, and scenic Brompton Cemetery, this home offers an exceptional London base for families or groups.
RAISED GROUND FLOOR
Step into the elegant drawing room, where triple-glazed windows ensure serene quiet while allowing natural light to flood in. This stylish space features a TV, a piano for musical moments, and a peaceful office area overlooking the garden - ideal for working from home. A balcony extends from this floor, overlooking the pretty garden at the back.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR
The heart of the home lies in the spacious kitchen, fully equipped for family cooking or entertaining, including a coffee machine and large bi-fold doors that open fully to the garden. The landscaped garden is ideal for al fresco dining or relaxed evenings, with a fire pit, BBQ, and comfortable seating.
The ground floor also includes a double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC, a guest cloakroom, and a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer.

•A double bedroom with desk, wardrobe and bedside table. Please note this room currently has marked walls and carpets. It’s best for kids/a teenager who won’t mind a ‘lived-in’ feel.
•A bathroom with a shower and WC
TOP FLOOR (ATTIC)
At the very top of the house tucked under the eaves is a versatile TV/playroom - perfect for kids or teens looking for a unique space to relax.
