Welcome to this beautifully styled, spacious home in the heart of Peckham Rye – a perfect blend of modern comfort and classic charm. Ideal for families or groups, the property sleeps up to six guests comfortably, with space for one additional child on a pull-out trunk bed. Spread across three floors, it offers a relaxed, homely atmosphere with generous living spaces and thoughtful touches throughout.

The property features four well-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor, you'll find a king-size master bedroom and a single room, along with a large family bathroom that includes both a bath and separate shower. The top floor boasts a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, alongside a second single room that includes a trunk bed – perfect for a younger guest.

The ground floor is home to a spacious kitchen and dining area, ideal for socialising or relaxing after a day out in London. The kitchen is a standout space, designed with a modern navy-and-brass aesthetic, featuring a gas hob and all essential appliances. The breakfast island doubles as a great entertaining space, complemented by a cosy lounge corner in the same open-plan area. Full-width Crittall-style doors open directly onto the garden, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living – perfect for summer meals and morning coffees in the sun. There’s also a separate main living room with plush sofas and now fitted with curtains for added comfort and privacy, which may not be reflected in earlier listing photos. A private garden to the rear completes the picture – a great spot for relaxing or hosting a casual BBQ.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
