Located in vibrant and diverse SE20 London,with good transport links to Central London is this spacious and homely three-bed house with 1(one) parking space.
Also offering an open-plan living/dining room area,conservatory,kitchen,shower room and bathroom.
10min walk to Kent House Station,for overground services to Brixton and Victoria in 15mins(for Victoria/Bakerloo and District and Circle lines).
Whether visiting for business or leisure,this is an ideal location for up to 6 Guests to enjoy!
Located over 3 floors, this spacious and comfortable London house can easily accommodate up to 6 guests. There is an option to use a pull out camp bed, to accommodate 1 child, within the loft bedroom (Please see GOOD TO KNOW SECTION below for further details).
On the ground floor level is a large open-plan living room/dining room area with elegant ceiling chandelier and wall lights, comfortable seating, coffee table, decorative walll mirror and a grand piano for any budding/professional musicians! - This is a wonderfully cosy social space! At the other end of the room is the wooden dining table with 6 chairs. There is a relaxing conservatory area, overlooking the garden, with a sofa, lamps and TV (personal log ins required to access Apps using Google Chromecast).
There is a well-equipped kitchen with appliances and cooking utensils for preparing a quick snack or an evening meal. Within the kitchen, there is also a washing machine and dishwasher for Guest use. There is a door from the kitchen which will lead guests down to the private garden with a patio and grass areas to enjoy in the warmer months. Also located on the ground floor is a WC with basin.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms - The first bedroom is located to the back of the house, overlooking the garden. Within this room there is a double bed, large wardrobes and a chest of drawers for Guest's belongings. The second bedroom is the Master bedroom with double bed, bedside lamps, plentiful wardrobe space and a dressing table that can also be used as a workspace. On this floor is the family shower room which is equipped with a large shower cubicle, basin and WC.
On the top level of the house is a further, spacious loft bedroom, with large fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, full length mirror and lamp. Just outside the bedroom is a bathroom with bath, over bath showerhead, basin and WC.
There is complimentary WiFi available for Guests to use during the stay.
PARKING There is ONE FREE PARKING SPACE AVAILABLE WITH HOUSE, just to the side of the house within the driveway. For any additional cars there is on-street parking available. Please check parking signs instructions. Please note that additional parking spaces are subject to availability.
CLEANING AND LINEN The house is professionally cleaned and sanitized and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one small hand towel and one shower towel for the stay.
GOOD TO KNOW There should be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a convenience store - Co-op located at 70 Elmers End Road, London, SE20 7UX which is approximately a 5minute walk from the house. Alternatively, for a larger Supermarket option there is a Sainsbury's located at 158-162 High Street, London, SE20 7QS, which is open daily (Monday - Friday 7am - 10pm, Saturday 7am - 9pm and Sunday 11am - 5pm) and is a 10minute journey from the house.
Just to note that this is a much loved and lived in family home as such there are some areas of flooring that are worn.
PULL OUT/CAMP BED - For the camp bed (only suitable for a small child) to be used please request this at the time of booking and/or at least 48hours prior to arrival. The charge for this sofa bed is £25 for the duration of the stay, which covers the linen and additional towel costs.
The house is located within the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers.
Guests will have access to the entire house during their stay aside from some wardrobe and cupboard space containing items of the owner's personal belongings. There will still be ample storage space for Guests to use during the stay.
Remote self-check-in gives flexibility for arrivals, after 4pm.
This is a non-smoking property, including the outside area.
This property is located in a quiet, residential area and guests are asked to kindly refrain from excessive noise. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parties.
Guests are requested to please respect this family home and treat it with the same care as guests would their own home.
