Stunning 5 bedroom mews house over 3 floors, with private roof terrace tucked away in the heart of Kensington. Lots of natural light. Open plan lounge with double sofa bed, large sports TV and fully fitted kitchen with all miele appliances. Finished to a very high standard indeed; including air conditioning and wooden flooring throughout. Comfortable bedrooms (king size beds) and fully fitted guest bathrooms/WC. Moments from the first rate shops and restaurants in Kensington. Excellent family base.

We offer flexible check-in and check-out times, however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply check-in times after 16:00 and check-out times before 10:00.

Late check-in needs to be pre-arranged and confirmed with us at least 3 days before arrival and they are subject to the following charges for arrival between these times:
From 19:00 to 22:00 - £40
From 22:00 to 00:00 - £65
From 00:00 to 7:00 - £100

*These prices may differ during public holidays (e.g. Christmas Day the charge will be £100 and checkin has to be before 18:00 latest)
These fees need to be paid in advance and cannot be paid at the property.

If your arrival time is delayed beyond 1 hour then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the delay however we may need to re-arrange the check-in time or for you to collect the keys from us if we have other pre-arranged commitments.

If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.

The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling provided for each guest. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen please request this or if you have opened a fresh pack even if you use only a few items there will be a charge of £30 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.

Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. We trust you will respect the property and neighbours during your stay.

You are required to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.

There is a strictly no smoking policy inside or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces or patios) belonging to the accommodation, if this policy is not adhered to a charge of GBP 150.00 will be applied.

No pets are allowed unless shown on the listing as permitted or expressly agreed with the owner.

Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement depending on the type of key and time required or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.

We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.

The location and layout of this home is great. Great neighborhood. The decor was nice also. The kitchen and bathrooms were not kept or very clean. The refrigerator smelled so badly we couldn't use it. While the space and layout are lovely if you are sensitive to mold or mildew this may not be the best home for you. The host was a bit short which felt unnecessary.

We thought the Mews House was in a great location - close to two tube stations; safe; lots of wonderful stores and good restaurants nearby; a charming pub around the corner and a beautiful park to stroll and explore just a couple of blocks away. The house is up-to-date, bright, and beautifully decorated - most comfortable!

Pembroke Mews

We had such an enjoyable stay at this lovely home. Our point of contact was Toby and he responded quickly on each question I asked. The check in was so easy and he even allowed us to get in early so we could drop off our luggage. The house was large and we could all spread out. Everyone could get a bed and plenty of bathrooms. There was a problem with the water heater and a couple of us had to take cold showers…but….Toby got someone over within 30 minutes of me letting him know. The actual owner, Mark, came by and got it working. He was so nice and gave us helpful traveling spots. The reason for the 4 for location was only that the Tube stations took me a little longer to walk to. I thought it was closer. The kids and grandkids had no trouble but a little harder for me. Overall this is a great house for larger families and I would recommend it!
