We have put a lot of love into making this apartment feel like a true home away from home, balancing modern comforts with a warm, relaxed vibe.



Living room: The heart of the home! A bright, open space to stay warm, browse the web via fast Wi-Fi, or enjoy a home-cooked meal together.



Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you need to whip up breakfast or dinner, from modern appliances to pots, pans, and tableware.



Bedrooms: Both rooms feature incredibly comfortable double beds with crisp sheets, plus plenty of closet space to unpack.



Bathrooms: No morning queues here! You will have two sparkling clean bathrooms (one is an en-suite) with great water pressure, fluffy towels, and essential toiletries.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy in complete privacy. We provide fast, reliable Wi-Fi if you need to work from home, plus a washing machine to keep your clothes fresh. To make your arrival completely stress-free, we use a simple lockbox for easy self-check-in, letting you arrive whenever suits you best.

Bin Collection & Trash Policy

• Collection Schedule: Trash collection takes place early Tuesday morning.

• Bin Placement: Please place the bins on the curb either Monday evening or before 6:00 AM on Tuesday.

• Important Note: To avoid missed collections and pest issues, bins must be put out on time. Failure to dispose of waste correctly will result in a charge of £100–£250, depending on the volume and type of waste left behind.



Noise: Please keep things on the quieter side between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



Events: Our home is for relaxing, so parties or extra unregistered guests are strictly not allowed.



Smoking: This is a completely smoke-free and vape-free home.
