Pass the Keys | Designer 2 Storey Garden House

Situated in the heart of London's City, and peacefully tucked away in the secret neighbourhood of Wapping, on the River Thames. This home meets all needs of Tourists or family getaways.

Newly renovated, providing access to excellent facilities and beautiful designs. The garden borders a large park and local leisure centre of Shadwell Basin, offering an outdoor gym and a Saturday farmers market.

Our beautiful house is located only 15 minutes walking distance from Tower Bridge and Tower Hill
The space
Welcome to my home and welcome to this amazing city!
This is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom property whose furnishings have been chosen carefully by a local interior designer. The design scheme is fresh and modern. The house has a bright open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is perfect if you plan to cook and like having company!

There is a comfy sofa in the living area and an additional armchair for guests to use where you can put your feet up in the evenings, kick back and relax! The living area is also home to the dining area, which is the perfect spot to enjoy some local delicacies. Top tip, try out Old Spitalfields market nearby - you will be sure to take home some edible goodies from here! Alternatively Wapping Docklands Market is just a few minutes walk away and it has a daily market which is fun to explore.

The kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments, and as an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning! There are also all the mod-cons such as toaster and kettle etc that you might expect. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in London!

There are two double bedrooms. All the bedrooms are spacious with stylish homely touches. There is also plenty of storage space for guests to store all their belongings. Finally, the bathroom will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in London. The bathroom also has a walk in shower for guests to use so you can unwind and relax after a long day of sightseeing or business! Also included are a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings! A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

Our property is cleaned before your arrival and is fitted with hotel quality linens and towels to provide the most comfortable experience possible.

Guests will have the entire house to themselves.

Other things to note
- Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.
0 The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
- A £100 will be applied for late checkout. Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
- Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed.The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
- Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours. We have CCTV at the front and back of the house.

Additional Information:
When booking with us your stay will be protected by a Deposit Guarantee, Guest Guarantee and public liability provided by our risk management partner, SUPERHOG. To benefit from this protection you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Once your booking is confirmed, you can also go via their website, superhog.com, to start the verification.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
