The Hemlock at Tuttle Hill Cabin
Turtle Hill cabinI just wanted to say thank you for our stay at the Tuttle Hill cabin, the Hemlock, however we are very disappointed for false advertising. The first night we got there, the cabin was very cold, the hot tub was at 45. I kept in touch with the main office and informed them about the issues we are having at the cabin. The fireplace did not work out, the pilot light was out and nobody came to fix it during our stay at the cabin. The heating in the cabin got better the 2nd day and hot tub was good for one day then it would not go up 84 that’s not a hot tub temperature should be higher but the thermostat is broken and when we tried the get the temperature up was actually going down so I definitely suggested that you get that fixed. Out of four nights, we did enjoy one , not even my dog enjoyed it so I had to send her back to the city with my in-laws. That can tell you something. This cabin needs some love and attention, everything is outdated . We rented this cabin mostly to enjoy the hot tub, but did not happen as much as we wanted to. Next time I will prefer to pay more money for a place that offer a true listing.
