"Our stay at Y Capel was wonderful! We loved the heritage associated with the building. Our room was large and clean. The bathroom seemed to have been recently updated and the shower was awesome. The common area was lovely with extra amenities. Check-in at the Erskine Arms (immediately across the road) was quick and easy. "We stayed two days, breakfast was served freshly cooked and staff very helpful. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room and bottled water also. The restaurant menu was varied and meals served were well presented. Car parking was also available. A very enjoyable visit to Llaundudno. "

"Limited parking but you can park overnight on a nearby street with parking for 90 minutes between 9:00 and 17:00. But leave before 10:30! Restaurant is expensive but the quality is good and the staff excellent."

What we like about the "Imperial" is the warm welcome we always get, the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff is the best. What we like is that some members of staff have been there for a long time & nothing is too much trouble for them! Breakfast here is so good! "
