LEMONADE, Option of Daily Breakfast, Beach Access

About this space
My family and I love Negril and each time we visited, it was always a challenge finding a modern and stylish accommodations that was family friendly and able to accommodate large groups…so we created Lemonade....located just 10 mins from Negril, this spacious three bedroom home is large enough to accommodate up to eight persons and has been designed to offer comfort and convenience to families and groups looking to spend their time together under one roof. We look forward to hosting you.
The space
This is a three bedroom, two bath bungalow home with access to a spacious backyard. There is also a spacious living room and dining room area with lots of seating to accommodate a large family or group comfortably.
There is a total of 6 beds, a King size bed in the Master, a queen bed in the guest room and 2 pair of bunk beds in the smallest room with 4 single beds. All rooms have AC and ceiling fans for comfort.

PLEASE NOTE ***THE NIGHTLY BASE PRICE IS FOR TWO BEDROOMS AND ALLOWS ACCESS FOR UP TO 4-5 GUESTS***

If you need additional rooms to comfortable accommodate your party, please use the guidelines below:

TWO BEDROOMS- 4-5 guests (2 adults, 3 children)
THREE BEDROOMS- 5-8 guests

It is expected of guests to choose which option they desire at the time of booking. Please also note, the number of guests dictate the nightly rate as well as the number of rooms requested. We are not able to accommodate no more than 5 persons for two rooms.

The property is located in a gated community with 24 hour security at the entrance gate.

Guest access
Guest will be able to access the number of rooms they requested/paid for. Please note, this is NOT a shared accommodation and you will have the property to yourself and in private. This is a small and newly constructed community with about 30 houses, with most homes not yet occupied. The pool and playground is still under construction and not yet accessible; as a result, the base rate has been discounted to reflect this.

****GETTING AROUND***

We have a few transportation options to choose from:
-Shuttle service can be arranged to take you directly to the JamWest Beach at Seven Mile Beach, or into the Town of Negril or JamWest Adventure Park.
-Or You can catch local taxi's out by the main road
-Or your own personal chartered driver to tour you around.

Montego Bay Airport is 1 hour and 20 mins to the property. Direct pick up from the Airport can be arranged.

***FOOD***

-A local chef is available upon request to provide daily breakfast at an affordable rate. You will have the choice of an authentic Jamaican style breakfast or one of your choosing. Feel free to discuss with your host prior to arrival.

-There are a few local restaurants less than 3 mins from the property and just a short 10 min drive into the town of Negril, you will find a plethora of different restaurants.

****ATTRACTIONS***
JamWest Adventure and MotorSport is located 5 mins around the corner from the property. You can also access JamWest Beach Club located on the seven mile beach strip. Rick's Cafe, YS Falls, Booby Cay Island and other attractions are between 15-25 mins drive from the property.
