Coffee station includes whole-bean coffee from Firefly Valley Farms (local roastery), grinder, electric kettle, pour over or drip machine options. We also provide decaf, a selection of tea, creamers, sugar and substitutes, honey, and to-go cups.

Guests will have full access to the entire property including home, private dock, screened-in porch, and garage with parking for two vehicles. Guests may use tandem kayaks, life jackets, fishing gear, and water floats!

Other items to note:
Baby items (pack n play, high chair, baby tub, potty seat) can be found in the closet of the main bedroom

Selection of games are in the main bedroom, on the bookshelf under the window

Selection of books in the upstairs, light blue bedroom

The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal. All food waste must go in the trash instead.
