"Directions to property were easy to follow. Eugene made himself known to.us ensuring we had everything we required. House was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. My 6 ft 4 sons found the low bedroom ceilings challenging. However we were aware of this before we rented the property. Would not hesitate to recommend for a peaceful retreat. Beautiful sussex countryside."

"The Stables was such a great place to stay while visiting Tunbridge Wells. It was so clean and the beds were comfortable. It is such a beautiful place, and the location is perfect! You can easily walk anywhere in Tunbridge Wells, or walk a few minutes away to the train station for day trips. I would highly recommend it!"

"This is a well equipped cottage which is in a rural position on the edge of the town, accessed by a short but unlit lane. It is a 15 minute walk into the High Street and there are plenty of countryside walks from the doorstep."

"A wonderful tucked away cottage. It has a lovely little garden where my daughter was able to work with the sound of birds to keep her company. We particularly like character cottages and you couldn't ask for more but at the same time modern and so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and up to date. "This is a lovely property in a beautiful and peaceful area, with plenty of space for our kids to play. It is a good base for a number of activities around the south coast, we visited Knockhatch Adventure Park, Worthing Beach and the Clip N Climb at Tonbridge with relative ease though you do need a vehicle to get to most places. Diane is a friendly host who replies quickly to any questions or issues, very grateful to her for letting us use the tennis court at short notice! Would definitely stay...

"Great place for a family rural retreat."

"Our family were attending a wedding nearby. The house was exactly as described. Rooms were great. Very comfy beds! There was 1 bathroom upstairs with a shower, bath and toilet and 1 toilet downstairs. The lounge had plenty of sofa space. Also a lovely big kitchen. We were able to use the garden furniture on the sun trap patio. Shopping parade was a 5-10 minute drive away. Everyone loved their stay at the property and we would thoroughly recommend a group of 6-8 people having a stay here."

"Stayed over at this property for a ladies retreat. It was a spacious place as described but unfortunately meant that it took forever to heat up and some rooms never got warm. Would avoid in the winter months unless you have a portable heater. The owner did bring us wood for the fire place so used that - very pretty and warm. "Excellent comfortable cottage, very well equipped, spotlessly clean, with amazing views across the farmland beyond. Some nice local pubs within a couple of miles for food and/or drink. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return. Highly recommended."
