From the cleanliness of the entire place, the super comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and many special touches, everything exceeded our expectations. "We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...

"Mi experiencia con este hotel no fue tan buena, en la publicación para uno hacer la reserva dice que se aceptan animales, hice la reserva por tres días, estuve viajando por 6 horas cuando llegué al hotel me dicen que no se aceptan gatos, cuando específicamente dice se aceptan animales, la señora me dice que aceptan solo perros, de hay me puse molesta por que en el anuncio tienen que ser más específicos. De hay me tuvieron como una hora hablaron con la manager y me dejaron entrar, las habitaciones huelen demasiado a perro! Y la piscina estaba súper súper sucia."
