2 bedrooms with 3 beds (Queen bed a sofa bed in the lounge room but I've see most listing have this as a bedroom)
300 meter walk to Karli (Leipzig's pub mile)

Even though it is close to the nightlife the apartment offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere as it is set back from the road in the rear house on the property.

The apartment includes 1 private bedrooms and 1 bedroom intergrated with the lounge room but separated by a partition wall.

Bedroom 1

With a 180 x 200 king size bed equip with a brand new mattress (Septemberber 2023) dressed with new (September 2023) hotel quality bedding we guarantee high comfort and a cozy feel..
The room is bright and well ventilated with 2 large windows . There is a wardrobe rail to hang your cloths and mood lighting that finish off the room nicely. both lamps on bed side tables have usb charging ports and one has wireless phone charging.
There is also a multi changer in the kitchen draw so even if you forget your charger you will bee fine :)

Bedroom 2

With a 160 x 200 queen size bed equip with a brand new mattress (Septemberber 2023) dressed with new (September 2023) hotel quality bedding we guarantee high comfort and a cozy feel.
The lamp on the bed side table has usb charging ports and power point.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook almost any meal. we have all of the normal stuff including coffee machine, dishwasher and large fridge and freezer.

Lounge Dining (also bedroom 2)

this large room is the heart of the apartment and features a sofa bed that sleeps up to 2 people 140x200. there is a 40inch tv with Netflix and amazon prime mounted on the wall and a wardrobe for extra storage. We also have additional bedding for those cold winter nights.

Bathroom

Recently renovated the bathroom includes sink hair dryer, iron and ironing board along with all the normal bathroom amenities.

We have professional cleaners that clean the apartment to a high standard between every guest and we do our best to help out any time we can.

Guest access
You have full and exclusive access to the apartment and every thing in it is for your enjoyment. You can check in on your own at any time, if its in the day I´ll probably meet you but if not there will be a lock box left for you. free parking is available in the surrounding streets.
