Upon arrival once someone finally came to the front desk, about 5 minutes after arriving, he seemed unsure of how to look up information and what to do. He never found the reservation and suggested that I should not use services like Expedia because they just try to cheat you out of money. Anyway, I was not given a room. "Llegamos minutos para 12:am muy cansados ,La habitacion huele a viejo, El cubre colchón estaba manchado la colcha tanbien tenia mancha en medio. Y no la pudimos usar, pero al siguiente dia le dije a trabajadora y le dije que las sabanas estaban sucias, y el dijo que no era sucio, que era mancha, pero las canbio el sofa estava sucio oh manchado,seria bueno que hagan canbios de las vosas mas visibles"

"The stay was okay; however, the first room provided had significant issues with humidity and cleanliness. They moved us to another room that was better in terms of structure and appearance; however, it was not well cleaned. Every time we walked in, a ball of hair came from the rug. However, the service was very good."

"Had a fantastic stay close to everything that I needed was visiting family and it was a mile away from their house. Also, when we got tired of eating out, it was able to cook or make a little steak on her own and we also met great friendships with others that were staying in the hotel and had an awesome time not to mention the breakfast was great in the mornings. Of course the weather was hot as Texas, but the pool did help in the afternoon evening. We hung out by the pool got some sun met....

"The ice maker was broken. One of the elevators is broken, slow elevator that us working. Nice dog park in back. Not the best breakfast. One rude staff member. Took my dog outside and upon coming back in to get coffee in the lobby and go back to my room. The staff at the desk flipped out about it. Hilton charges 75$ to have a pet, yet staff is rude about getting a coffee with a pet."

"The property is great. They have a soft drink dispenser down at breakfast which really makes it nice. The only downside were the hallways; not air conditioned. It is very noticeable when entering or exiting the room."

"I’ve stayed here twice now and the front desk staff is always super friendly and professional. I love that the rooms don’t have carpet and everything is bright white making it feel more spacious and clean. They have great breakfast. My son remembers this property as “the hotel with the good sausage”. Will be staying here again."
