"Staff was awesome and I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel ZaZa! I was checked in and greeted by Kelley who did an amazing job introducing me to the hotel as well as Houston for the first time! The hotel was also very clean and smelled great. Daily coffee and snacks were served by the elevator every morning which was a great way to start the day and turndown service was provided with a snack and complementary water which was a nice way to end the day. "The staff were friendly. The room was large and clean. The property looked updated and well maintained. It was within walking distance of NRG stadium which was a huge plus! My only “complaint” is that the only ice machine working was on the 4th floor. Would definitely stay again. "
