"I recently stayed at ACP hotel for 2 nights and when I went to the room it smelled so horrible. This hotel from manager to staff there are so much miscommunication and the way they speak to you was not acceptable."

"Stained and dirty carpets. Dusty windows and curtains. I asked for a different room in the first day , but the staff was rude and didn’t give one. The key card reader was not working and the manager was saying that was our problem , but even he couldn’t open with the master key, and finally he has to open the room with a screw driver. All the doors from outside entry were wide open. No key card needed to enter the hotel even in the midnight. No security at all . Broken elevator buttons . I will...

"Everything was OK to the price in budget range, all were okay but only thing was in the property, everywhere from the lobby to the left, passage and in the room, the “ smell “ was very bad and all the areas were “ stinking “ very badly, Only they have to work on “ Smell sticking “"

"So, when we first arrived, I was a tad concerned because no one was there or ever showed up but then after a few tries from corporate lol the guy in the back woke up and was beyond helpful. Mind you it was 1 A.M. so no hard feelings, I just started to get scared no one was coming and it had been a long drive. But honestly that was the literally only bad thing about the whole stay. Everyone was beyond nice, the room was immaculate, and I am pretty sure they just went through a very nice full...

"The sheets on our bed had a yellow stain. There was no room service done and with no phone line to front desk we had to go down to ask for extra pillows and towels. Having only one elevator working made that more of a burden. They had someone sleeping in the dining room since Friday night until Sunday morning."
