Leafield, Oxfordshire: village cross, with the spire and west end of St Michael and All Angels' parish church in the background. The base of the cross is probably 15th-century. The current shaft and top are a monument thanking God for Leafield's deliverance from an outbreak of smallpox in 1873.

Staying at The Store was a pleasure. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. The room was comfortable with excellent facilities and a beautiful calm interior decorating scheme. I would happily stay again if visting Oxford.
