"This property is named "The Milk Barn", which speaks to the unique style of the home. We stayed in June 2024 while attending The Homestead Festival in Columbia, TN. The setting was quiet, pretty, and felt safe. The home was clean, cozy, nicely decorated, with a nice amount of dishes, silverware, and cookware in the kitchen. "This stay was just as nice as the previous stay. The house was clean. We were close to family & had a good time. The property owner had snacks available & toiletries that one may have forgotten. I will say to the property owner there may be rodents near or under the porch we kept hearing scratching sounds around that area. Also there were a few cobwebs & spiders in the door frame of the bedroom closets to the front door & in the corner by that same bedrooms bedside table. Overall we were pleased...
