"We had a very nice overnight stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, lots of nice pillows too.The only issue, the shower head head had a crack in it and some of the decore needed to be fixed up especially around the tv. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to a friend. It is convenient to many Hershey attractions. "

"We arrived to find the receptionist asleep and snoring away. It took multiple attempts to wake her us by ringing the bell and yelling out to her. She awoke and proceeded to give us keys to a room. When we got to the assigned room the door lock was broken and the ac was non functional. We asked for a different room with an operational door lock and was told that we were given keys to the wrong room. The second room was dirty and smelled terrible. It was a mix of wet dog and old curry. The pillows...

"Second time I have stayed there, For me that says everything. Room was extremely clean. Staff very helpful and parking easy. It is very convenient to Hershey Medical Center, but if you are going to the Hershey Park or Zoo America, you will have to drive about 5 min. I would definitely stay there again."

"The building was being renovated. The lobby was closed. I had to step over a worker grouting a tile floor in order to check in thru a door at the side if the gift shop. the stairwells had construction materials in them. The fire door at the first floor was blocked open. This hotel had no business being open! The lady at the front desk was very understanding. She refunded our money and we went elsewhere."

"It was just a place to sleep. Nothing special , nothing great. If I ever go back to Hershey, I will look for another place."

"Relatively clean, old property, uncomfortable mattresses, meh customer service. Not much around except Hershey."

"Only complaint was my key card kept wiping out. Had to repeatedly go down to the front desk to have it reprogrammed. Yes, I kept it away from phones and even kept it in separate pockets. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful, place was clean and convenient."

"We had to change rooms as the first room was across from dogs that barked relentlessly, and was old and not clean. The outside of the room was very dirty, carpets needed a cleaning as well as a vacuuming. The second room was O.K but just."
