Just a 15-minute stroll to Launceston’s town centre and a 5-minute walk to the breathtaking Cataract Gorge, this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom apartment is the perfect base for your stay in Tasmania. With a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a stylish, comfortable setting, it offers everything you need to relax and unwind after exploring the region.

The apartment occupies the entire ground floor of our 1900s period home, offering a stylish, modern space with plenty of character. The downstairs area is completely self-contained, ensuring your privacy.

We live in the unit upstairs and are happy to assist if needed. You will enjoy complete privacy though in the self-contained ground floor.

Things to Know

The house is located on a main road, so there may be some road noise.

You may occasionally hear us upstairs, but we’re here to help as much (or as little) as you need.

The front garden and nature strip are pet-friendly, but please note there’s no boundary fence, so we ask that you keep an eye on your dog when outside.

This cozy home offers a convenient, comfortable space for your Launceston adventure, whether you’re here for a short stay or an extended visit.
No smoking on property, please smoke on nature strip in front of the house when needed.

    Lovely home

    This very lovely home is clean and welcoming and had everything we could possibly need. The location is great we went for beautiful walks in the gorge, which is close by.

    This property is amazing. It is a home away from home. It is set up to stay for a weekend or a week. The beds are super comfortable, the towels are thick and fluffy and the pillows are the best. It is a beautifully styled property with very attentive hosts. The only note here is it is the bottom floor of a family home so if you’re not used to apartment living you may find it a little noisy. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.
