"Nice business hotel across the harbor from Logan Airport. We stayed there overnight to catch an early morning plane the next day. Easy access to the airport and many chain/a few local restaurants nearby. The hotel is a “service included” hotel and tips are not needed for valets, housekeepers, bellmen etc., a nice if confusing system (are the staff compensated for the missing tips?). "We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent"

"The only difficulty was room service with a room in Order she was very nice but was very hard to understand what I was asking and disconnected twice I finally call the restraunt and got my order . They apologized and the service was great . I know this sounds non important but I love when they have were you can call for coffee and this hotel has it but room service doesn’t start till 9:00 am and when the guests have a early flight it’s nice to receive it at 6:00 am and I know this is early but...
