"The staff were all super friendly and helpful.We did valet our car for 3 nights which was expensive ($60/night) but parking in Boston stinks anywhere and the valet was convenient so we didn't have to drive around looking for a garage.There is also a $40/night "hotel" fee which I know the city puts onto the bill but it is a bit ridiculous money grab. "We stayed for two nights last weekend. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned during our stay. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:00 a.m. but never returned afterward. In addition, there was no coffee provided in the room. When we raised the issue regarding the lack of cleaning with reception, the staff member showed little interest in addressing our complaint. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we would not choose to stay here again. "

"This place was great! Views were great, vibes were great. The only thing that wasn’t great was the parking, they don’t have their own parking so you have to park in a nearby garage or street and it gets pretty pricey. We paid $75 for overnight parking next door at TD Garden (one of their recommended). Other than that no complaints! Walking distance to most everything."

I was upgraded to penthouse because of my Bonvoy membership, where the view of Boston harbor was amazing, but the room was the same gray room as what I would have gotten on a lower floor. This may be standard for Boston during college graduation season. I do not know if the rest of my party had similar thoughts. It was shocking to me though."

"The hotel is clean, spacious, and conveniently located near Faneuil Hall. We stayed here mainly because of the location, as my son was attending an accepted candidates event hosted by United States Military Academy. The breakfast was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The only downside was the parking situation — valet parking is required, and retrieving your vehicle can take about 30 minutes, especially during busy check-in and checkout times. "I did not care for the parking situation at the property, I did not like the fact that a property so far away from anything had no restaurant or gift shop, and that the things they did sell were very few and scarce if you wanted to access your car you have to literally feel obligated to tip of LA attendant. Their drop off and pick up area was very small and inconvenient also."
