Before you book, please be advised that this is not a party home. Parties and events are prohibited. This property is reserved for those who seek a calm and quiet experience.
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours. During 10:00PM-9AM period, no music should be played outside and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.

Use pool and spa at your own risk. No jumping in the pool. User accepts all responsibility.

-It is primary guest responsibility to please forward to all guests so they are familiar with them.

Eco friendly pool is heated only by the sun, otherwise its NOT heated.
Like with every vacation house, to keep your pool sparkling and your garden lush regular maintenance is required.Thus you may see a landscaper or a pool guy around the house sometimes. Their visit usually lasts 10-30 minutes but if there is a problem they may need several hours.

Our Nest Thermostats AC and Heating system can only be set between 71 and 78. We must comply with the power company’s recommendations to avoid blackouts and freezing the AC system. This is the ideal recommend temperature for our desert climate.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking property and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.

DISTURBANCES: This property is situated in a residential, family community please keep exterior volume at a reasonable level after 9pm.
