The only things I would suggest to make it better would be to add remote control blinds that come down from the ceiling in the main living space to help allow the option of privacy from passers by on the street and to invest in a good quality water softener...

"There were plenty of rooms for everyone and lots of space. We ended up 20 people of all ages and had plenty of room. The kids and the adults enjoyed the game room upstairs. Just know that the kitchen is not set up for a lot of cooking. We brought prepared meals, but I know there are catering options. Thankfully there is plenty of refrigerator space. "
