"Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

"We loved staying in this beautiful cottage in Newlyn. Lenn our host provided us with a wealth of really helpful information about checking in and places to eat and visit. The cottage was full of beautiful art work and a lovely garden to sit in. It was so relaxing staying here, with everything we needed and more. "The house was quaint and quirky. We did have a bit of a panic when we first got there as it was booked for 6 adults. The house has 1 bedroom with a great double bed and a small futon in the same room. At this point we did not find any additional accommodation! After trying all the keys and looking outside we did find another cabin in the garden. The cabin has 1 double bed, bunk beds and a bathroom. This was ok for adults but if you have children I would be concerned having children in two...
