"Great location. Cleaning needs improvements. Unfortunately this wasn't very clean. The unit smelled of urine when i entered, the bathroom window had been left open. The shower wall had soap residue running down it and the shower shelves had hair, dust and soap build up. the pillow and sheets had hair on them. The fridge had crumbs on the shelves and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. The dining table had dried on food. The closet shelves had hair and dust on them. the "

"The Birds Nest was such a great place to stay to explore historic Snohomish! The unit offers ample parking, is extremely cute, nicely decorated, and very clean. The small kitchenette has everything you need to cook if you need a break from all of the delicious restaurants in town. The bed was extremely comfortable and the fireplace provided ample heat on a chilly evening. Host provided extremely quick and friendly communication. Wonderful trip - would definitely stay again!"

"Outstanding property. Exactly as pictured & described. Very comfortable space /bed/futon w/topper. Space is limited and very well organized! Quinn was an excellent host; quick to reply to questions and address minor concerns. We stayed 3weeks to move from the Midwest and relocate to WA. If there was an option to give more than 5stars, we would!!"
