"Property outside of house is unkempt, overgrown and not as advertised. No real access to backyard for use of patio or grilling."

"Lovely place. Rachel is super attentive and has added lots of small touches that make it a great stay. The room includes a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and small portable oven. For couples travelling with babies/ toddlers the room comes with a large walk in wardrobe / adjacent room which easily fits a crib and means you can close the door and not worry about waking your child. Highly recommend and we will be back!"

"We have nothing but good things to say about our stay! The room was clean and nicely decorated. Our fridge was stocked with water and fresh eggs from the chicken coop near by. There were cookies! It was overall a great experience."

The cost is a great value and far cheaper than local hotels and much nicer. I will definitely stay again the next time work or play requires me to overnight in the Lynnwood area."

"Cozy, clean, and warm. There was a bit of noise from the fridge or heating system that would cycle though out the night. You may want to check that out as it would wake me from time to time."
