**Other things to note**:
• Studio Layout: This is a studio-style rental with no separate bedroom. The living, sleeping, dining, and kitchenette areas are all part of one open-concept space.
• Shared Laundry: The washer and dryer are located in the shared garage and are available for guests from both units. Please be considerate of other guests and avoid leaving laundry unattended for extended periods.
• Shared Driveway: The driveway is shared with the Main House. Please park thoughtfully and avoid blocking the driveway or the other guests vehicle.
• Shared Garage Game Room: The garage is shared by both units and includes a ping pong table and foosball table for guests to enjoy.
• Shared Outdoor Spaces: Your private balcony is exclusively for your use. The backyard below is reserved exclusively for Main House guests. You may occasionally see other guests enjoying their outdoor space, and we kindly ask everyone to respect each other s privacy and keep noise at a considerate level.
• Waterfront Safety: The property sits on a waterfront bluff with a steep slope leading down to the shoreline. There is no direct beach access from the property. For your safety, please do not attempt to access the bluff or climb beyond any fences or barriers. If you d like to enjoy the beach, Ledgewood Beach County Park is just a short walk away.
• Please note that occasional aircraft noise may be heard from the property. It is generally infrequent but worth mentioning so guests can book with confidence.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. • Cancellation Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
