"This was great for my son and I. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It’s walking distance to Baxter Marina, which is where I rented a wet slip. We also walked to the state park to explore and shore fish. I had one need during my stay, and it was addressed within the hour. This cottage was a great place to cook a meal, and get a good night sleep after a long day on the water. "

"We really felt at home the Property was very nice, and it lived up to its name Sunrise cabin. The management was very responsive and cared about us. They truly want you to enjoy your stay there. When we get back to the area we will be making another resurvation."

"Upon walking into our adorable cabin, we were enchanted from the get-go. It was very nicely decorated. Comfortable accommodations. The flow from kitchen to family room was quite the cozy feeling. All basic necessities were provided in the kitchen. Our three nights stay, included myself and a dear friend in from out of town. Both bedrooms included king-size beds instantly a selling point for me. Both bathrooms accommodated nicely, while the master had a double vanity set up, which is a nice...

"The cottage was perfect. Are little toy poodle, loved it? The owners were friendly and informative. The whole property was clean and right on the lake. I walked down to the shore, and within three cast, caught a three pound bass. My wife and I will definitely be back there again."

"Master bedroom door had a very annoying door stop that would not stay raised and didn’t allow you to close the door easily."

"Its a lovely bed, 2 bath unit, king size beds with a front porch and a small balcony. You will not find 2 hotel rooms for less per night. If I'm ever back in Branson, I will try to stay here again. Oh and there are deer around the entrance to the Cove. Its really a beautiful place."

"The property was beautiful! The kitchen was huge and accommodated all of us comfortably. The rooms were very clean and shampoo and conditioner was provided. I’d suggest putting fitted sheets on ALL the beds. Only a few had top sheets only! That was a nuance. Only 1 hot top actually worked which was a bummer and there was 1 gaming console that wasn’t working at all. Also no darts to play. We ended up buying bags for the corn hole game (the ones at the house were torn)and a lighter for the fire...
