Summary:
This new 6 bedroom offers breathtaking Table Rock Lake views from every window and balcony. Gather in the spacious gourmet kitchen or cozy up by the fireplace. Unwind on the deck with a fireplace, perfect for poolside lounging. Challenge friends in the game room, watch movies in the entertainment area, or soak up the amazing views. All rooms feature high-speed Wi-Fi and large TVs. Steps away from the pool and lazy river, The Penthouse offers an unforgettable escape for families and friends.

The Space:
Arriving at the property there is STEP FREE access to get inside the building, then take the elevator up to the 4th floor, which is the top level! There are only two doors in this landing area and one leads to your unit! Step right into either side and be greeted by RUSTIC ELEGANCE in the LARGE LIVING AREA! Sink right into the leather couches after a long, fun-filled day of Branson activities and enjoy the ambiance of the fireplace clad in stone! The living are is open to the kitchen so no one is left out! The kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with all the pots, pans, small appliances, and utensils that you would need to cook up your favorites. The large island is the perfect spot to gather around for breakfast or to the serve a large spread of food. This space also offers plenty of seating with two large wooden dining tables to enjoy some great home cooking together, delicious take-out, or an epic game night! And the VIEW FROM THE WINDOWS surrounds you with the EPIC BEAUTY OF THE OZARKS!

This top level of the condo has two bedrooms! Bedroom one features a KING BED, access to the back balcony, it's own TV, and a large attached bathroom. This oversized bathroom 1 has a separate tub, double vanities, and a walk in shower! Bedroom 2 features another king bed as well a futon, access to the back balcony, it's own TV, and an attached bathroom with a single vanity and walk in shower! There is also a half bathroom off of the main living area for everyone's convenience as well a laundry room with your own washer and dryer!

Then head on down the stairs inside the condo to the EPIC GAME ROOM! This second living space boasts of a POOL TABLE, PING PONG TABLE, SHUFFLEBOARD TABLE, ARCADE GAME, and a DART BOARD! All surrounding a large flat screen TV posted over a second STONE FIREPLACE with THEATER SEATING in the middle to watch the big game or plan an amazing movie night! There is also access to balcony 3 with a corn hole set and more AMAZING VIEWS! This lower level also features 4 more bedrooms, all with KING BEDS, a futon, your own TV, and private attached bathrooms! Three of these lower level bedrooms also have access to either balcony 3 or balcony 4 to step right outside in the mornings and soak in the fresh Ozark air!

Guest Access:
This beautiful condo is located on the penthouse level of the main tower in Wilderness Mountain. The elevator will be finished mid March 2024, but any reservations prior to that may need to climb the 4 flights of stairs. The whole two story, 6 bedroom condo will be yours! You will also have access to all the wonderful amenities Wilderness Mountain boasts of, including the beautiful outdoor pool and lazy river located just steps outside! The two community indoor pools are actually located on the main level of this tower, so no need to even go outside in order to lead your crew to the water! The Wilderness Mountain neighborhood also features a second outdoor pool, outdoor basketball court, children's playground, and pickle ball courts! Plenty to keep your group entertained!

Getting Around:
The home is conveniently located 10-miles from Silver Dollar City, 15-miles from Branson’s Highway 76 entertainment and Branson Landing shopping district. With a myriad of outdoor activities, including boating, skiing, fishing, and hiking minutes away, guests can fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Ozarks. Whether you are celebrating a special event or a family vacation, this lodge offers something for everyone.

Minimum primary guest age: 24 years old

The Wilderness Mountain lakefront vacation destination is brand new. GPS and mapping apps have not yet surveyed the streets and physical addresses. Please follow Highway 65 to Highway 76 West. Follow Highway 76 West for 12 miles to Highway 13. Remain on Highway 13 South for 8 miles where you will crossover Table Rock Lake on Kimberling City Bridge. Continue heading South on Highway 13 toward Paradise Landing Rd. for 1.5 miles. Turn right into Wilderness Mountain / Settlers Cove. Each home is denoted with a house number.

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.
