"We requested and stayed in a handicap accessible room. Many of the features were fine. However, the lighting needs to be updated. There should be NIGHT LIGHTS in the bathroom and the main room. We brought one on our own, and unfortunately forgot to take it home with us. But the hotel needs to figure out a solution for people seeing their way to the bathroom during the night, without turning on strong lights (which wake a person up). And then is the bathroom, to find a person's way about without...

"Very close to indiana dunes state and national park. Room very clean with microwave and and a pretty good size refrigerator. Comfortable bed. There is a nice outdoor patio where you can sit outside. Staff helpful. VERY limited breakfast selections. Coffee was good and was available all the time. Only negative is we were unable to check in early but otherwise everything was great. Will stay again if we're in the area. Thank you"

"Arrived late after a long drive and there was no one at reception for a long time. Then when they showed up it turns out that our room had not been cleaned. They hustled to clean it, but then we discovered stained sheets on one of the beds. When I told the front desk they gave me new sheets. It was not a relaxing end to a long day."

"Staff and place really are excellent only issue we had last 2 nights we were there the person above us was extremely loud kept us up all night sounded like they were coming through the ceiling and there was a man that was a extended stay he smelled so bad we couldn't eat breakfast in the dining area people were gaging it was just terrible"
