It was here that Future President John F Kennedy wrote his inaugural address and selected his cabinet. It was also here that Joseph Kennedy had a stroke in 1961 that left him unable to speak. And, it was here that JFKs nephew William Kennedy Smith was accused and acquitted of rape in 1991. The home was sold for 4.9 Million dollars in 1995.

Host was very attentive, but property was odd. Bed was bolted to side wall making access from both sides impossible. No sharp knives to prepare or cut food. Washer and dryer outside in dirty shed area. No heat but host did buy portable space heater after asking. Neighbor dog bit person walking down sidewalk.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully designed, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The sauna was a standout feature—such a relaxing and luxurious touch that made the experience feel extra special.The design of the space is stunning, modern yet cozy, and clearly curated with care. The location is perfect—convenient, peaceful, and close to everything we wanted to do. Amenities were complete and well maintained, making our stay comfortable and seamless from start to finish.We felt right at home and would 100% recommend the pink shack to anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

The host, Nina, was very attentive and responsive to any questions we had and any problems we may have had (although we didn't have any). The house is charming and is near to all. My husband and I brought our dog and Nina left treats and a chew toy for her. We loved our time in the Pink Love Shack and hope to stay again soon.

Cute house

Wonderful property and even better than the pictures. The host, Nina, has to be the best host I have ever worked with. She really goes the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this property if you are in the area.

Adorable House and Excellent Host

We had a wonderful time staying at the pink house! Nina was the most thoughtful and attentive Vrbo Host! I highly recommend staying here. It’s an historical home so the AC is a window unit but it kept us cool :) The patio area is adorable and the house even includes all of the things needed to enjoy beautiful Fort Worth Beach!
