"Love the Vintage decor and charm. Clean and comfortable."

"The room was clean & conveniently located by the first floor exit door. The continental breakfast was ok. I had trouble figuring out how to adjust the thermostat & the room was warm during the night. Also, there was a charge added to our card that we didn't understand. The manager tried to explain it but said it would be taken off when we checked out. That effected our financial decisions during our stay. Otherwise everything was good."

"We stayed in the Kentucky Room of the Welty house for 3 nights in June 2026. We arrived about 845pm. There was no parking, but when I contacted the help line, they were able to direct me to legal (and free) parking nearby to unload. Parking was not an issue the rest of our stay. The grab and go breakfast was ok. The coffee available is all K cups, so again ok. They did have a wide selection of flavors including teas for the Keurig machine. Bantham Coffee was about 2 blocks away if you are...

"Great location and large room, downside was no staff on site; we needed to call to get someone from the next door diner to open the door. No welcome or further context. Also no staff when we checked out. Rooms are nice and spacious, the outdoors patio and garden are a great opportunity to relax in, but is current quite empty; if they would make this a bit more cosy and welcoming it would be a lot better."

"Vending machines do not work. Took our money. Someones old bra in the front of the build. Cars with open hoods , sketchy long term residents there. Needed some extra towels. Had to go down to the desk to get them. Guy asked my wife to bring down dirty. WTH."
