We were four ladies in town for a 3-day golf tournament at nearby Lake Havasu Golf Club. As this property was located a short 6 minute drive away, the location was perfect. Everything went smoothly with check-in, and the property was spotless when we arrived. We all loved our great visit. If we get invited back for the tournament next year we would definitely want to stay here again.

6 of us stayed for 6 nights. Just eft this morning. Beds were comfy. It was clean and stocked with supplies and everything in the kitchen we needed to cook. Used the grill outside and the firepit. The few minor problems had were handled by Ian immediately. Our only disappointment was the pool water was very cold. That was because the night time temps were cool, no fault of the owners. We would stay here again.

Communication with the owner was top notch. Very responsive and very accommodating. The house was clean and laid out well - plenty of room for 7 of us. Pool was nice and cool - even on the hottest of days! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for making out stay so pleasurable!

Our family of 7 (2 parents, 5 adult children) spent a week visiting Havasu. This house was perfect for us. The house was exceptionally clean and Ian (the owner) was excellent at answering questions and communicating with us. We used the pool everyday and the kitchen was well equipped for us to make meals and snacks. The beds were extremely comfortable.

The property was clean and complete stocked up with everything and more you could ever need, tons and tons of extra linens and things if you should need it, lots of extra soaps and materials to make it hassle free. Beautiful home that was comfortable and secluded and plenty homey while away on vacation, very friendly neighbor. Overall a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again! Planning on it again next year!

Hilltop was absolutely wonderful. If I could rate more than five stars I would. The host was attentive to all of our requests in record time. The house was stocked with everything one could ask for. Great place for a wonderful family gathering.

We were extremely impressed with this property and the hosts. It was very clean when we arrived, had plenty of room for everyone, and had a great view of the city. I would highly recommend staying here and plan on it next time we are in Havasu!

Our stay at The Hilltop home was very enjoyable. Besides being beautiful it was set up for fun. In our case, we are six active seniors. We enjoyed using the cornhole equipment, playing cards around the table, and relaxing by the pool. The house was very clean and well maintained. Each couple was able to have a very private bedroom/bathroom. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

This house suited our needs to a T. Easy to get to from the event that we were attending at the race track. Pyrotechnics display. Three separate sleeping areas, each with their own bathroom. Perfect setup for 3 couples. Would also be awesome for a family with kids.

The level of pride in ownership goes without saying, but the real emphasis goes towards how well the property was prepared for the guests. Every little thing and basic need was though of and provided. The home was very clean and very well organized. A “job well done” on that to the housekeeper. The home offers all the creature comforts and a lot more. A perfect place to spend time with family or friends. The outdoor living areas are ideal and offer spaces for outdoor dining and relaxing. Both indoor and outdoor furniture is beautiful, like new and comfortable. And the beds… well you just sink in and fall in deep sleep. The property offers ample amount of parking and perhaps garage parking (although we didn’t use it). But that could be so nice during hot months. We will certainly stay here again during our next visit.
