Welcome Hideout Pocono Chalet ! This beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect mix of comfort, nature, and recreation for families, couples, or small groups. Nestled in the private, amenity-rich community of The Hideout in Lake Ariel, PA, this property delivers four-season fun, serene surroundings, and access to one of Pennsylvania’s most popular lake destinations nearby(10 minute drive)—Lake Wallenpaupack.

The Home – Comfortable, Spacious, and Ready for Relaxation

Tucked away on a quiet, wooded lot, this cozy retreat invites you to unwind from the moment you arrive. With an open-concept layout, vaulted ceilings, and large windows, the home is filled with natural light and offers seasonal views of nearby roamingwood lake, one of The Hideout private lakes.

The living area is perfect for spending time with loved ones. Lounge on the sectional sofa, watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, or enjoy a fire in the wood fireplace on cooler evenings. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is conveniently located on 2nd floor for easy access. An Additional futon and sectional sofa sleep an extra 3 guests.

Pre registration of all guest must be done 72 hours before guests arriving.
Other things to note
this is a family-oriented community with many amenities such as baseball field full golf course two heated outdoor swimming pools indoor and outdoor tennis courts gymnasium fishing lake hiking biking walking, ski hill and more guest passes for these amenities are on the refrigerator, please help yourself to the guest passes and please return them when you are finished. So bring your swimsuits and swim shorts and enjoy!! FYI All guests must register with the hoa hideout administration office 72 hours prior to arriving, host will contact you for info 72 hours or before. Vehicle tags provided upon arrival. Located in Cul-da-sac, please be conscious of neighbors. Dogs are allowed; but FYI the neighbors have dogs. Quiet time from 11pm-8am. No sanitary items in the septic. Anything additional property in the house: You break it, you buy it. You steal it, you get fined. $75 late check out fee per hour. Thanks!

We had a great stay at Cliffs place. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. He even provided baskets with "forgotten" items so you didnt have to run to the store. The house was conveniently located near the beaches, pools, clubhouse, entrance and exit points. There were lots of restaurants in the area as well. We were able to come down and have coffee each morning, which was graciously provided as well. The deck was lovely to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. Cliff was super responsive and got back to us very quickly anytime we had a question. Would definitely go back again!

Super Relaxing Chalet

Clifford truly thought of everything.The “Did You Forget Something?” baskets included essentials like deodorant, chargers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, lip balm, feminine products, and mouthwash. Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the medicine cabinet had Tylenol and Ibuprofen. Linens and towels were provided, and we didn’t need to bring propane tanks, which we often have to do at other rentals. There was also plenty of firewood for the fire pit and fireplace.The kitchen had condiments and a fully stocked coffee and tea bar. Had detergent for dishwasher and trash bags. Oh! And the kitchen sink has a faucet that has fresh spring water! The beds were amazing and comfortable, making it easy to rest and relax. Even had extra pillows and blankets if needed. The Hideout is an amazing place to vacation. We always book 4th of July week because their beach party! Clifford was a fantastic host—easy to talk to, always available, and patient. He fixed the water heater remotely when the power went out, which was a huge relief. We didn’t need to strip the beds or gather linens before checkout, which was a time-saver.Clifford thought of everything, and the house had everything we needed.Check-in and check-out were easy, and we plan to return!
