First I do want to say that the communication with the team was the best. We arrived at the home and the code that we were provided to enter was incorrect, the gate code we were provided was also not correct. In addition the fridge was hot to the touch and we had to call to get a technician to come and look at it. He did go immediately to get us ice to for the groceries we had. There washing machine started leaking as soon as we did a load of clothes and the food was to put towels there until they could get someone to come and fix it. We didn’t get a call until the day before we were due to leave and we were not at the reveal so opted not to have them come. It also took quote a bit of time to cool down the living room area. The accommodations themselves were nice but I do feel like it could have been cleaner when we got there. There were dust bunnies in the kitchen and a slight musty odor in the main bedroom. The location was great and the views were amazing so it did have that going for it. Again, prompt response from the management team so the support was great.
