Summary:
Incredible location within the highly sought after gated community! 24-3 is located 75 feet from the ocean! Grab your morning coffee and take a few steps to check the surf or catch a glimpse of Maui's part time residents - humpback whales (seasonally from December 15 - April 15)! Our unit is centrally located within the 30 acre neighborhood. 24-3 is just a short walk to the Dolphin Pool.

Newly remodeled 1 bedroom / 2 Bath! Enjoy all that Maui has to offer with our Great location! Great for a couple or small family!

About the Community:
We’re grateful to share that 130 properties, including this beautiful home on Puamana’s south shore, were spared from the Lahaina Fire. Maui County has cleared this area for access, and all utilities, including water, sewer, cable TV and internet. Everything has been rigorously tested by the EPA, ensuring they are safe and fully operational. Please see last photo that shows an aerial view of Puamana.

Puamana is a 30 acre gated community that includes lots of open green spaces and almost a mile of coastline with a great beach nestled right in the middle. Guests can enjoy the use of the Dolphin Pool. The summer season brings fun waves to try out your surfing or body boarding skills and in the winter the ocean is calm for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing.

Historic Lahaina: While Lahaina rebuilds, the spirit of aloha is alive and well, with plenty of open local restaurants and activities nearby. Mala Wharf is open for boat excursions (rafts) and at the North End of Front Street local favorites Star Noodle, Mala Ocean Tavern, Honu Oceanside, Aloha Mixed Plate and Coco Deck Lahaina are all open. Safeway and Foodland farms are both an easy 10 minute drive away making getting supplies a breeze. In addition to the nearby restaurants and amenities in Lahaina, you can enjoy shopping, dining, activities, and more just 15 minutes north in the world-famous Ka'anapali resort area. From beachfront dining to luxury shops, Ka'anapali offers something for everyone.

About the Property:
There is a king bed in the primary bedroom with flatscreen TV, ensuite full bath, split system AC and private access to your garden view lanai.

The living room has a large sleeper sofa (with queen bed) for extra sleeping space. A flatscreen tv and lush garden views from the sofa make this a choice place to relax. This fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need to enjoy cooking at home. Enjoy al fresco dining on the lanai with seating for the whole family.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

Our property is a perfect place for a small family! The streets are quiet and safe, usually dominated by bicycles rather than cars. With an enforced speed limit of 10mph, you can relax and know that your children are safe.

Puamana is a fully gated community with resort amenities. The neighborhood welcomes full time residents and visitors. Please remember to be respectful of quiet hours and full time neighbors.

Kitchen: Dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, grill, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice maker, dishes, utensils and flatware.

Lanai: Relaxed seating in a comfortable outdoor setting, gas BBQ Grill and a dining table that seats four people.

Hit the Beach: Provided in the home are beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and cooler.

Entertainment: 50” Samsung Smart TV in the living room, 43” Smart TV in the master suite, cable, games, cards, board games, Wi – Fi and internet.

Parking: Please note that guests are permitted one rental car for this property.

Safety Features: gated community, smoke detectors, dead bolt lock, fire extinguisher and exterior lighting.

The property was everything we could ask for and more. It is centrally located to the beaches, shops, and restaurants. The unit is nicely decorated, well maintained, and stocked with everything you may need. The Hosts Caitlin and Brandon are very responsive and made the check-in and checkout process so smooth. I give this place 10 out of 10 and will definitely stay here in the future.

This is as the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed in, truly. When I say beautiful, it was everything. As we drove up in the dark, the porch light was on. The first hint of a welcoming stay in Maui. The home was impeccably clean and had everything you might need. The bed and pillows, sofa were all luxurious and comfortable. I loved the lanai which felt like a private secluded garden full of birds that would wake you as the sun came up. Life-giving! The owners of this home are so kind and ready to help. This was just a perfect peaceful retreat and exactly what we needed. I would give them 10 stars!!! 💕

Our stay at Tivoli was excellent. The condo was large with lots of open space. The housekeeping staff did a good job having the condo cleaned and ready for occupancy. The accomodations were in a great location with easy access to the beach and golf courses. We enjoyed our unit and have already booked it for February 2024.

Love the front patio round Day bed.What a beautiful and relaxing home as you walk in. Very well decorated.The patio? another area of peace. Sit and have an early morning coffee , wine, cocktail with dinner on your private lanai. Thank you for making our stay Relaxing and calm.

Nice people, great, private location if you’re not looking for a crowded resort. Close enough to everything that you’re not far either. Hosts were super responsive and kind, would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Lahaina.

Sheltered by West Maui Mountains, very pleasant caretaker, great mini split AC. Fabulous layout, two bathrooms. Quiet secluded lanai, steps from the water. Truly a fantastic unit in a fantastic property.

The location was perfect for us. We were centrally located with a direct walk to the right to the main building and adult pool and then to the left to the family pool for our two children. If we wanted to go to the beach, it was straight ahead. Parking was a breeze with open spots next to unit or just around the corner to the right. This can be a problem for some places. The unit itself was wonderful, clean and fully equipped and has ac. Keycode accessible which made it super easy for our family. We stopped by a store before arriving with items we wanted in the kitchen for food, but aside from that, we had everything we needed already in the unit. The Lanai was comfortable and private even with others being connected. I liked not being directly on the waterfront because we didnt have the busyness of others walking by peering into what we were doing to go to the beach. I noticed that with the waterfront properties, we could see into the living rooms and the patios and I wanted a more private experience. There was a large, beautiful table outside and BBQ if needed. Owners equipped with many beach essentials which was a nice touch. IE. Umbrellas, sand toys, chairs, beach towels. The manager was super kind and very communicative and helpful which is super important to being informed on what to expect when arriving. We felt like we were at home even among the residents that we would come across that live in Puamana full time. We will definitely be back and will stay here again.

Appreciated all communication by property management. Well equipped. Possibly could include coffee filter and first day grounds for coffee maker. Enjoyed our stay and would return.
