"Well, the room was brilliant and the views were amazing. The room was kept very clean and topped up each day with everything needed. From the car park to where the room is can be quite a challenge with a heavy case and the timber walkway/ramp and so if there was a way that any luggage could have been taken from reception to the room then this might be the way forward. It was great to have happy hour from 3-5 ( which is happy 2 hours!) and the meals in the restaurant were very nice with very...

"Absolutely spectacular stay. Had 2 bedrooms with fully equipped kitchen. Beds were so nice to sleep in. Bathroom had a large shower and a bath tub."

"The staff were so helpful as we required an after hours check in. Our bag was put in our room ready for our arrival after hours. The staff were always happy and willing to help. The room was clean and everything we needed."

"Location is perfect! The place is spacious, bright and the bed comfortable The only problem is the noise from the office below and a church’s bell near by It’s also too bright. We needed to use ear plugs and eye mask Please note this place does not have elevator, it’s a step one flight upstairs On the bright side, the front desk staff was extremely charming and even offered a map where she pointed the main tourist attractions (inside information such as the Saturday market)"

"Un gran hotel con cuartos grandes y muy cómodos, tiene todo lo que se necesita para una gran estancia, muy recomendable "

"Staff was so lovely , humble and helpful."

"Personal amable. Hotel tranquilo"

"Beautiful heritage property that was clean, comfortable and easy to park at. Great location for city access on foot too."

"Clean room, all good, thank you."

"The grounds needed quite a bit of maintenance however the accommodation was fine. Didn't have a holiday feel because of emergency housing families who were a bit noisy and their cabins were untidy"

"Todo muy bien, la ubicación, atención. Recomendable "

"Glad it was only one night as the bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Arrived at 7.15pm which was after hours as the reception shut at 7pm, so the person checking me in was not happy, despite living in the room next to reception, and was out brushing their teeth in the hallway when I left in the morning. Left at 7am so only used the room and bathroom no other areas of the house."

"Fantastic value for money. Stayed in a 2-bed apartment, was incredibly spacious. Having the laundry to do the kids clothes over a long stay was very handy. The staff were absolutely terrific with communications - quick to respond via Expedia messaging and facilitated all our requests. The one thing was I do wish they'd given us fresh towels everyday which they're supposed to. Admittedly, all I had to do was ask but I had troubled them with so many things that they'd been helpful with that I felt...

"Everything was super ! We really enjoyed our stay there "

"Room is very clean. The indoor swimming pool quite busy with kids."
