Experience luxury living in this very well appointed home, fine linens and a fully equipped kitchen! Enjoy indoor/outdoor living with floor to ceiling glass wall that opens up to the pool. The outdoor space boasts a comfy sitting area, bbq, dining table and an outdoor TV to watch the game! I host my home personally, no non-caring management company, I oversee every attention to detail so that my guests feel at home and cared for. Situated beautifully, for world class golf on site, Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals very near by and many other events like the BNP tennis tournament , the Horse show in Thermal and the La Quinta Art Fair, just to name a few. Walking distance to Earnies Sports bar at the Resort Clubhouse and just a block away from the Signature Club, which guests have full access to, including huge hotel size pool area and spa, a gym, a party area with 2 bbq's and bar area as well as Bocci Ball and shuffle board games. Old Town La Quinta is home to some fun shops and great restaurants. So just sit back and enjoy the desert sunshine(:

The home was very well stocked, comfy beds, lovely, quiet neighborhood, Thanksgiving week. Host was quick to answer any questions. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and clubhouse amenities. Highly recommend this property.

We had a fabulous time staying at this home. Everything about the process was easy and Susan was a wonderful host. We brought our daughter and some of her friends for her 16th birthday and the girls enjoyed laying out at the pool and walking to the clubhouse pool as well. It was fun to have the option of both. We had everything we needed at the house. The beds were comfortable! If you are planning on staying here and using the pull out couch as one of your beds, keep in mind that you will wake up with the sun as there is no drapes on the big fabulous window out to the patio. We loved the big open window, the several areas of seating in the backyard and how close everything was to have a great patio gathering. I would definitely stay here again.

Supreme!! Fantastic Host!!!!

My wife and I travel a lot, we stay in LaQuinta a few times during world travels. This host tops every single host experience! You won’t regret staying here. Everything was perfect, clean, easy to access and very informational. Host was easy to access and helpful. We had a Fantastic and relaxing stay. We hope to book with this host again and again!

Great place in PGA West

We had a great stay in this home. Very cute and clean and a great size for a family. Was just as advertised and the owner was around to help and very responsive. Beds were very comfortable and nice to have a pool/spa to relax in. Great location. Would definitely recommend and return!

Perfect!

The property was nothing short of perfect. The place is brand new. Everything was very clean. House layout was great for group of 3 golf friends. Each with their own bedroom. Mattress/beds were VERY comfortable. Beautiful pool/hot tub. Entire house was very comfortable. The neighbourhood is gated and private. Very beautiful and quiet. 5min Walk down the street from a PGA pub with good food. Susan the host was very nice and easy to communicate with. Without question I would book again
