"Lots of issues with electrics and air conditioning not working. There were some musty smells from door inserts too. Sent a list of the issues to the owner to which I only got a thank you and no apology or sign of any refund - I have complained directly to VRBO since"

"The pools were great although the main pool played very loud music all the time. The upstairs pool was lovely. The gym classes were great. The rest of the hotel was average and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful."

"Bit of a mixed one! The hotel definitely isn’t 4 star more a 3 and it’s much bigger than we realised. Room I checked into wasn’t great and I was moved no issue.
