"We had a awesome vacation. The most difficult part was finding the location but thanks to Juan he made it simple by waiting for our arrival. "We absolutely loved everything about this property. I still miss having my morning cup of coffee poolside. The house had everything we needed, the house itself was gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked great & the pool area was beautiful. The concierge was always helpful when we had a question. We spent a good bit of time at the pool, in the gym & playing on the pickleball courts at Palmilla Dunes. Having club access was such a nice bonus. We will definitely try to stay...

"This spot is amazing for being by the beach and also being near some very helpful restaurants. The sounds isn’t a bad as other reviews say. Weeknights are quiet. The house is clean and the pool is exactly what you want. Highly recommend. The team managing the property are super helpful and happy to help with whatever you need."

"Absolutely wonderful stay. We were two families (with two 13yos and two 10yos) and had a wonderful time swimming in the ocean and in the pool, walking on the beach, playing volleyball and horseshoe, and watching the whales and birds. Leo and Gaby were wonderful, very responsive and caring and the dinners were amazing!"

"El lugar muy bonito pero el apartamento muy mal un olor a cañería horrible desde un principio se pago por 5 personas cuando llegue al lugar me querían cobrar más y sentí como una amenaza al decirme que de mi tarjeta de crédito me cobrarían $40 dlls diarios por la quita persona pero yo ya había pagado por 5 en la forma que la persona me habló no me gusto pero todo cambio mas tarde "

"Our next Cabo stay will be here again. The place felt like home, with everything you could need to enjoy the sun and beach. Honestly... a quick run to the local markets that were better than the Whole Foods in the States and we were set. The only miss was the BBQ's propane tank being empty when we went to cook our carne asasda. Yet, the local property manager was very responsive in addressing the issue. The large spa on the property was very enjoyable. Seeing the wave break was an awesome...
